Why can't select today as my pick-up date?
We only offer next day pick-up for our grocery orders, as it helps us ensure you get as many of the items you have ordered, and gives us time to prepare your order with care.
Why can't I choose the next day as my pick-up date?
Orders must be in by 3pm for next day pick-up. Orders placed after 3pm must choose 2 days later or longer. This is to ensure that no orders get missed.
Can I get my order delivered?
Yes you can. If you would like an order delivered, choose a pick-up day and time as normal (these will be your delivery day and time) and leave us a note at checkout saying you would like this order delivered. In the same note leave the name, address, and phone number of the recipient. A delivery charge will be added to your order, so keep an eye for an e-mail from us on the delivery date, so we can collect the additional fee. We cannot send out the order until the delivery fee has been paid.
How much is delivery?
Delivery for the general St. Catharines area is $11 (does not include Port Dalhousie). For information about fees outside of St. Catharines you can call us at 905-641-1666 (press 1 for Grocery Orders).
I don't see *product* listed.
If there is an item that isn't listed, but you know we carry, leave us a note at checkout with the name of the item and the amount you would like. You will get an e-mail from us on the day of pick-up to collect the additional amount owing.
Why did the amount of my bill change?
Many of our items are sold by weight in store, however we know that the majority of shoppers do not shop for specific weights, rather they shop for specific amounts. Therefore online we sell these items as "each" as opposed to "per pound". This requires us to make an estimate on the price to sell these items for, based on the average weight of item.
We adjust your bill based on the price you would pay for the exact sized items you receive with your order. If your bill is more, you will receive an e-mail from us to collect the outstanding funds (or you may pay cash at pick-up). If your bill is less, no action is required, as will simply collect less than the amount you originally authorized for us to collect.
I didn't receive items I ordered.
Attached to every order is listing of any products that you ordered, that were unfortunately out of stock at the time of putting your order together. We apologize for this. You are never charged for any items you did not receive. If there is an item missing and it isn't on the list attached to your order, or you were charged for an item you didn't receive, call us at 905-641-1666 (press 1 for Grocery Orders) and we can look into it for you.
