Harvest Barn is committed to providing and maintaining accessibility to the selling area of the store for persons with disabilities in a manner that respects their dignity and independence.

All shoppers have the right to equal opportunity to obtain goods on offer in the store.

Our goal is to provide barrier-free access to the store and the goods on offer to all shoppers.

Our staff have been trained in the purposes of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.

Feedback Process

Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way Harvest Barn provides goods and services to people with disabilities can do so in person during regular business hours, via email info@harvestbarn.ca or by telephone at (905) 641-1666.

All feedback and complaints will be directed to the management and will be addressed according to our organization's regular complaint management procedure.
